Course Overview
This qualification is designed to meet the needs of builders, including selecting contractors, overseeing the work and its quality, and liaising with clients. The builder may also be the appropriately licensed person with responsibilit y under the relevant building licensing authority in the State or Territory. Candidates will learn professional skills and knowledge required for management of residential and commercial building projects.
Entry Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent (test results must be no more than 2 years old) with 5.0 in each band
- Successful completion of a certificate III or above level trade or engineering course
- PTE academic score of 45.
